The ITA30 bottom bracket is an impressive design piece. It allows you to pair a 30 mm spindle crankset, like those from Rotor, with a narrow threaded bottom bracket shell of 35 mm in diameter and 70 mm in width. The bearings come pre-installed in cups, which are then screwed into the bottom bracket shell. These bearings are our standard or coated bearings. Both are equipped with super round and super smooth CeramicSpeed balls that roll on hardened steel tracks. The coated version has a metal coating applied to the tracks, making them even harder and smoother, resulting in greater durability and lower aerodynamic resistance.
