Capsule 226ers SUB9 Salts Electrolytes is an evolution of SALTS ELECTROLYTES designed for continuous intake during more intense physical exercise. It is a dietary supplement based on ginger, vitamins, and minerals. Indicated in situations of dehydration, lactic acid buildup, and/or muscle cramps during exercise. Its format (DUPLO) allows for easy transport and improves the use of the product during physical exercise while ensuring perfect preservation of the capsules.

SUB 9-SALTS are an evolution of SALTS-ELECTROLYTES, designed for continuous use during the most intense physical activities.
Regarding minerals, the amount of sodium has been increased to 215 mg, magnesium to 10.05 mg, and potassium has been reduced to 54.01 mg, seeking a lower proportion than that of the previous salts in the capsules.
They contain ginger extract to improve digestion, the main issue in this type of discipline.
HOW TO USE: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before and after physical activity and 1 capsule every 30 – 60 minutes during activity, with at least one glass of water (150ml).
