Giro Montaro Mips 3 helmet: Advanced Protection for Trail Riding

The Giro Montaro Mips 3 helmetrepresents the modern evolution of mountain bike protection, specifically designed for trail riders seeking uncompromising safety. Equipped with Mips Evolve Core technology, this helmet delivers superior protection against rotational impacts, reducing the rotational forces transmitted to the brain. The helmet construction combines lightweight and durable materials, keeping the weight down to just 450 grams in Size M. The 2-position visor can be adjusted with one hand, allowing you to quickly adapt sun protection while riding, while the oversized vents ensure optimal ventilation even during intense efforts. Certified to CPSC/CE standards and compliant with NTA 8776 for e-bikes, the Montaro Mips 3 meets the strictest international safety requirements.

Comfort and Practicality in Trail Helmet Design

The micro-adjustable fit of the Roc Loc Trail system ensures precise, stable positioning on the head, adapting perfectly to different head shapes. The breathable Ionic+ antimicrobial padding keeps the inside of the helmet fresh and hygienic during long rides, preventing the buildup of bacteria and odors. The FIDLOCK magnetic buckle is a practical innovation, allowing you to fasten and unfasten the helmet with one hand, even while wearing gloves. Dedicated sunglass storage space, both front and rear, lets you stow your glasses easily without having to hold them or keep them in your backpack. Seamless integration with trail riding goggles and the dedicated goggle retainer ensure total compatibility with modern protective gear, eliminating annoying movement on the descent.

Optimized Ventilation and Safety Certifications

The deep internal channeling of the Montaro Mips 3 maximizes airflow, creating an efficient ventilation system that reduces heat and moisture buildup. The oversized vents are strategically positioned to capture airflow while riding, helping maintain a comfortable body temperature even under high exertion. The helmet has undergone rigorous safety testing and complies with the strictest international standards, including certification for e-bikes under NTA 8776, which recognizes the specific needs of electric bike riders. This versatility makes it suitable for both traditional mountain biking and e-bike use, ensuring reliable protection in both riding scenarios.
