“Slower” doesn’t always mean bad, especially when it comes to speed of protein digestion. Fast absorption of protein is essential before and after exercise, while slower absorption is found to be very beneficial for meeting protein needs for the rest of the day. Because it has the uniqueness of being time-released, Casein is rightly called an anti-catabolic or muscle protecting protein.

– 24 g of micellar casein protein per serving
Digested and absorbed more slowly making ON 100% Casein ideal for use before bed and between meals
– Enriched with digestive enzymes
– There are additional BCAAs & Glutamine

Benefits :
– Add muscles and increase strength
– Maintain fat-free body mass (Lean Body Mass)
– Helps post-exercise muscle recovery
– The best type of protein to consume at night and between meals
– Slow-acting proteins.

Direction of use :
Mix 1 scoop of ON Casein GS with 300-360 ml of water, skimmed milk, or other favorite drink.

TIP :
Use ON 100% Casein (slower protein) with 100% Whey (faster protein) at different times for maximum effectiveness. Take 100% Casein immediately before bedtime and between meals. Or drink immediately before and after a workout to get a steady supply of amino acids.
