Hydrafit sachets are a mix of mineral salts, maltodextrins, and 9 vitamins designed for preparing a hypotonic electrolyte solution (Osmolarity 200 mOsm/kg) useful for replenishing water and salt losses due to excessive sweating during intense physical activity.

  • Dissolve one sachet (20 g) in about 500ml of water. It is preferable to take 50 to 100ml at regular intervals of about 15-20 minutes. Take 3 doses a day totaling 60g of product.
