Uvex Surge Aero MIPS helmet, the latest high-tech road cycling helmet with snap-on aerodynamic cover gives you the advantage when its time to race. With superior ventilation and proven safety. Good aerodynamics. Superior ventilation. Maximum protection. Built for performance; developed for professional cyclists. Uvex surge aero MIPS sets new standards in aerodynamics, airflow, and safety. This high-performance racing helmet has been developed together with professional cyclists from Team Intermarch-Wanty and former professionals from the international cycling sports world. An aerodynamic cover, mounted as standard, partially covers the large ventilation openings to significantly reduce drag. For those moments when ventilation is a higher priority, the aerodynamic cover can simply be removed. This effectively makes these two helmets in one. The multi-in-mould construction with an integrated foam cage structure provides greater stability. While keeping the weight competitive. The Mips Air Node safety system adds an additional layer of brain safety. An ultra-light, low-friction layer absorbs the rotational and centrifugal forces of an impact. Practical: an integrated glasses port. Uvex surge aero MIPS: a high-end helmet made for professional cyclists by professional cyclists.
